At UZIIZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received.
The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
Non-Eligible Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items that have been worn, used, or damaged.
Items without their original packaging or with missing tags.
Personalized or custom-made items.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@uziiz.com within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return authorization (RA) number.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the return to the address provided when you receive your RA number. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
